The project was conceived as an update of the previous part of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator, but in the end a full-fledged game was released. The gamer will again find himself in an office trap, fighting off the animatronics and looking into the eyes of his own fears.
The game was released on PC in 2018, and the mobile version was released in 2020. The developer was Scott Cawthon.
Gameplay
FNAF 7 combines game mechanics from other projects in the series, although there are also updated elements. As in previous Five Nights at Freddy’s, the player is in the office with the animatronics from midnight to 6 am.
The office has two side doors, two air vents and two air pipes. An animatronic can crawl out of each hole. Using the available game elements and control buttons, the player must survive the night. A special monitor helps to keep track of mechanical puppets.
Characteristics of the gameplay
The main feature of this part is the number of animatronics, there are 50 of them here. They were collected from all the previous parts, and now you can customize the dolls at your discretion. The player is given the opportunity to choose intelligence levels for animatronics, from 0 to 20. There are also secret animatronics in the game, for which intelligence settings are not available.
The game has a challenge menu that includes 16 themed builds. Passing the tests gives the player access to cut-scenes and office design. A feature of the offices for this part is the presence of four stylizations for other games in the series.
Do not forget about collecting phase-tokens. They are needed to purchase various devices and items that will help improve the gameplay.
Mobile version features
Ultimate Custom Night is available for Android devices. The mobile version of the game retains all elements of the game mechanics, adapted for smartphones for the convenience of the user. Many functions – such as opening doors or activating a fan – are realized both through direct pressing and through the monitor. The main menu on smartphones is more concise.
In the mobile version of the game, the quality of the textures suffered for the sake of performance. Also in the smartphone app there is no option to turn off the effects.
Mod for infinite energy
Mods are available for this application that unlock endless money and energy. The player does not have to wait for the electricity level to be restored or accumulate phase tokens for a long time. By downloading the FNAF 7 mod, the user can enjoy their favorite game without restrictions.
